A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. The pool is refreshing, the rooms seem luxurious. Bedding was great, silk robes! The bicycle that I borrowed was a little old and not overly maintained.

Great location near enough to the main drag but a bit outside so it is more peaceful. Run by a wonderful couple. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. They arranged transportation to/from Hanoi.

The receptionists were phenomenal! This was our first time in Ninh Bình, Vietnam. They show us where to go, and which restaurant to eat. Our bus was late at night. They accommodate for us to stay extra hour.

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! They upgraded our room, made Vietnamese breakfast for our group and were very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and activities.

The room was so lovely and clean, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, great water pressure!! The staff were so lovely! Informed them that it was my friends birthday the second day of our stay and they presented her with flowers and cake and sang her happy birthday. They went above and beyond. Had such a good stay!

Quiet location away from honking. Great scenery nearby. Walkable to the city, bikes available too. But some of the best and cleanest rooms you’ll find in the area. Water pressure alone was like a five star location. Family hosts are accommodating, and the cute dog Moon also makes the stay better.

The location was great and everyone there is so lovely! The breakfast was also amazing. They have bike rentals too which was nice. Nothing I can think of!

Super kind staff, value of money was absolutely given. It’s not „luxury“ of course but it’s clean and friendly and close to the centre and restaurants. They could think about putting some „socks“ under the chairs so once they move them early in the morning it’s no so super loud throughout the whole hotel.

Great location, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. No air conditioning in the public areas. The AC in the room sometimes shut off during the night, even when it was 32°C outside. Breakfast was quite basic.

Incredibly delicious breakfasts with homemade yogurt and a bounty of local fruits. You can also choose eggs, pancakes, and more—everything served on custom-designed dinnerware with the hotel’s insignia. We felt like royalty! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing, with perfect water temperature. Bike and motorbike rentals are available. The location is peaceful and quiet. Just note: the hotel didn’t appear in the Grab app for taxi bookings, so we selected a nearby location for drop-off. Almost perfect! One thing to consider improving is replenishing the tea and coffee supplies daily. With such high service quality, it’s surprising they skimp on refilling the tea bags in the rooms.

Amazing property from top to bottom. AWESOME owners that were very generous! The room was great, bed was comfy, very spacious, nice little balcony. Everything is super clean! Great location walking distance from main street in Tam Coc but really quiet and convinient (restaurant, convinience store next door). We are going back to Tam Coc in a few days and have already booked again!

Great hotel about 10-15 mins walking away from the center of Tam Coc. We loved this location as it was a bit quieter, but also easily walkable to nearby stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and staff was excellent. We also rented bikes one day and a scooter the other day - both were great! Loved our stay here and would highly recommend.
