Welcomed by cold air from the room as we walked in. Traditional heritage design and very well curated. Room facility all very well maintained and of high quality. Minor language barrier. Coffee and breakfast could be improved on taste side but served ala carte by attentive staff. Macha Latte was very good though.

The staff, especially Somair and his team, we're kind and helpful. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed ever! What a mattress! Charming style and decoration of the room. Food was amazing. The cooking class fantastic especially with a view on the river. I loved the ginger zinger massage, my legs felt so much better after. That I couldn't stay longer!!

Lovely hotel, fabulous location very helpful staff. Had to ask for a chair as there wasn’t one in the room. Rain shower head wasn’t plumbed in. TV picture was terribly degraded (unwatchable) due to satellite. All this being said, I’d happily stay there again.

Wonderful position in the UNESCO heritage area. So close ( 2 min walk) to a beautiful temple and the alms ceremony each day.

The hotel looks beautiful, has comfortable beds, great toiletries and a fabulous breakfast. Pocky and her staff are beautiful hosts that look after their guests. The price; over $410 Australian a night without breakfast, it is a lot of money for a very noisy air conditioner all through the night that clicks in and out and wakes you up. Plus every time we had a shower, only one person got a hot shower, person 2 had a cool to cold shower. This doesn’t worry me usually, but when paying for 5 star I’d like to have 5 star facilities.

Staff were very friendly and provided with all the help . Rooms are not sound proof and guest can easily hear conversations from next room. The breakfast toaster for the croissants was not working and needs to be changed .

It's the little touches that make this hotel so special. Our room was beautiful. The location was perfect. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The luxurious coconut bath products were an added bonus. Burasari Heritage is the gem of Luang Prabang.

This hotel was stunning; the staff were great especially the young reception guy who checked us in. He checked in on us every day to make sure we were OK. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff so helpful. The hotel was clean and felt so safe. Everything was perfect and couldn't have been better.
