I really enjoyed my stay here! It offers great value for money and is nice and quiet because it's set back from the main street. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and can organize anything you might need. The breakfast is good, too. If you are looking to stay in the historic district on a budget, this is the best place to be. They also offer the cheapest bike rentals around, and the location has plenty of convenient shortcuts to easily reach any part of town. A big thank you to Kee Lee!

The bathroom looked old and a bit dirty. Water evacuation in the shower is not great. Would have loved to use the bathtub but not only it was a bit dirty but the cold water wasn't really functioning and hot water was very hot with not much pressure.. Breakfast is really basic (omelet, white bread)

Excellent location , cleanliness and facilities especially for the price point. I had the second floor king room which was worth the additional cost (vs ground floor rooms). Good breakfast A few small things to fix in the bathroom ( toilet seat is loose and half detached) but very minor

The manager was very helpful to move me to a quieter room. The new room had a much more comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were also excellent. I was warned that I would hear people from upstairs, so I expected to hear footsteps or moving around sounds. I had no idea I would hear their actual conversations.

Ceiling could use a little bit of sound proofing. :D

Good value. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is in a heritage building so not all facilities are modern, but it is charming at the same time.

Great location for wandering around, but far enough away from the noise/night markets that it’s peaceful. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was very nice! Definitely recommend.

The staff were not always around so you might have to wait if you had a question or needed something. The breakfast was really good and we were pleasantly surprised that it was included in the price. It always came with a generous plate of fresh fruit.

We stayed for six nights in total. They gave us a nice spacious room. All the rooms have their own space right outside for smoking or just hanging out outside without leaving the property. Koon and the others working at the property are super nice and would go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was very nice and Koon even helped us prepare it an hour before it usually started because we had to leave early on our last day. It's a weird complaint but the air-con was too cold. Luckily there was a fan in the room too so we could use that at night. Further, the cleaning ladies don't seem to know how to clean the air-con as I took out the filters one day cause they were filthy hoping room service would clean it but they just left it there for us, so we cleaned it ourselves. The water in the shower also didn't pass very well and the shower floor was always flooded. I requested for it to be cleaned three times and after the third time it was a bit better though there was still flooding but I figured I didn't want to bother them anymore. These are minor issues over the six nights we were there. The overall experience was very good, otherwise we would not have extended two more times from our original three nights.

the people working there are nice, the room is very spacious and pretty! and the location is perfect if you like it a little more calm but still want to be everywhere fast ☺️

Everything, the room was perfect! Best stay in Luang Prabang Location was fine but it is about a 12 minute walk to the night market.
