Choasis Hotel

The pool is big. It was great to go for a swim after a day exploring the city. The room were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, very relaxing, especially after a massage at the spa. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The tuktuk service is very convenient as they will take you to the center of town and pick you up. The inside decoration is a bit bland. No pictures on the wall or colorful elements that would make the place truly special.

Shuttle provided at will

It was clean, neat and very attractive hotel. We stayed for a 3-day short period but enjoyed every moment of it! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was just wonderful! Also the pool and the fitness room were also top notch!

Stunning brand new hotel, very nice indeed Nothing

The location was great and the free shuttle into town was very welcome. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, and we loved the pool bar - the barman made great cocktails! Breakfast options were a little limited but good. Ou room was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. We also made use of the fitness centre which was good. Nothing - it was all great.

We have just had a 9 day stay at the Choasis to wind down after a busy time. New hotel, rooms are well appointed and a beautiful pool (and pool bar). The hotel is just outside the hustle and bustle of Luang Prebang, but still an easy walk, AND a free shuttle. The work of the chef and kitchen staff is amazing. All the food was delicious and beautifully fresh. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Mr Francis and his staff have been so friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They always had lots of local information and recommendations. We would highly recommend the Choasis to anyone wanting a relaxing break in Luang Prebang. Nothing

The world’s best hotel manager

This is a beautiful hotel that appears relatively new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The pool area is tranquil but unfortunately it was too cold to swim. We used the gym each day. The buffet breakfast was nice. It's a leisurely walk to the main part of town or you can get complimentary hotel drop off & pick up. Overall, a lovely place to stay. Nothing.

Exceptional

The property is beautiful, most all the rooms have a pool view. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was nice, coffee was wonderful. Great location would definitely stay again. Thank you! The only thing was we had a table/counter in our room, the stools were too high and legs would not fit under. Our daughters room next door had a regular table and chairs.

Very clean and in a great location. Super nice property and service was great. Breakfast was also excellent.
