It is a very central location, with the Mekong river cruise at walking distance, as well as thw market. The museum is also a stone's throw. Many eating joints again a stone's throw. It is where the night market starts. All in all, an excellent location.

Located in the central of the city highlights; night market, morning market, palace, banking(ATM) outside the front door. Breakfast was à la cart (included). Staff was friendly and helpful. No elevator- potential problems if assigned 3 floors with heavy luggage but only about 12 steps each level. Potential loud music noise during weekend and holidays as the hotel right in front of the stages in the food court.

Loved the decor, the location and the breakfast. Great staff! The stairs are very steep and there is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor.

Everything. The location (night market in the front and morning market in the back). The cleanliness. The breakfast. The cafe. The balcony. The staff. Even with no elevators to take up/down our suitcases, I still love the Indigo.

Only thing we didn't like was the shower situation. Wish it had a door for more privacy and you have to be super careful to get in and out. Dont want to slip and fall.

The views. You could literally see the city The bathroom didn’t have a door. The sink was in the room and not in the toilet

The hotel is right on the street of the night market, and also in the area where they have the early morning ceremony with the monks, so very convenient.

I had a great stay at Indigo house hotel. The rooms are unique, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, especially if you're wanting to explore the night market which is right outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location very convenient if you looking for something like night market or very close by to walk to river and the famous temple. Friendly staff specially Muang the reception guy and the girl who work at the rooftop they are very nice people smile all the time. Air conditioning a little bit noisy and the first night it was not cool at all but staff were fixed it.

Breakfast (and availability of meals during the rest of the day) was excellent, with a wide choice and good quality. Location was perfect, close to main sights and especially being at the end of the Night Market (which closed at a reasonable time so noise was not a problem). The room was a good size and comfortable with good air conditioning. The cakes on sale outside the restaurant were amazing. The staff were all very helpful. Only downside was the shower. There was no partition from the bedroom and it was quite a climb, up two steep steps, to get into. Not a problem though if you are careful.

Breakfast,location, food, and fantastic design features of the room and the hotel in general. We really enjoyed the food, but found that the staff taking orders and especially delivering the food were too numerous and didn’t.t have the info they needed to do a good job. When we ordered, a number was assigned to our table, but we observed that the staff delivering the food were not directed or helped by this system. They were forced to wander aimlessly looking for the person or table that had ordered it. An effective system and training would make work a lot easier for them, and dining a lot more enjoyable for the diners. We thought it was terrific to find that such a good place to stay was under Lao ownership.
