Very nice hotel , located in old town with walking distance to majority of attractions. Staff super nice and very helpful. They have surprised me with a cake on my birthday witch was a very personal touch and truly appreciated (again kudos to chef :). GM gave me few travel tips and general chit chat with staff who are polite and helpful. Room was nice and clean and breakfast ok with standard buffet choices.

It’s close to everything and the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the GM, Guillermo, was very kind and accommodating. We love the location and it was peaceful at night. It’s a gem tucked between the main streets! If you’re tall, the shower over the tub can be problematic, but it’s nicely remodeled with the mix of old architecture and new updates.

location; design; food, room service, comfort. most importantly the entire staff were super friendly and helpful, especially khoun. he offered tips and advice on where to go visit and when. he was even able to help secure train ticket to vientiane when everywhere else is sold out and agents offering empty promises. he came through, albeit the night before i needed to leave nothing

The location was between the night market and the riverfront so it was tuck away in a quiet area that didn’t have much noise but was close to recreational areas. The water pressure for shower was weak.

Kind and amazingly helpful staff. Big clean beautiful lana room. The property has great ammenities and is located in a perfect spot in town. The offer a hearty breakfast. I look forward to staying here again!

Breakfast v good, location excellent and v quiet, staff v friendly and helpful. Internet too slow to use, could be my old phone though. No privacy regarding toilet area, with the room door open can see straight into the toilet and shower.just needs a curtain across entrance to bathroom.

This beautiful new hotel is in the heart of the old town, with everything within walking distance. The staff is incredibly attentive and made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast by the lotus pond was lovely, offering a buffet and made-to-order dishes like eggs and pancakes. Rooms were nice with bathtub and small balconies. Hooks in the bathroom would be good to hang up used towels.
