Great location, especially the rooms to the front (205 and 206) have balcony overlooking the very quiet street. Simple breakfast to start the day. Staff helped with booking ongoing travels.

Everything was clean and cute. Room could be also cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing with several options available. Great location in between the Main Street and an embankment. The inner garden was just amazing! If you pay in LAK, the hotel applies a rather unrealistic rate of 23,000 Kip per one USD. Make sure you either prepare USD or pay with credit card.

Great location!! Lovely spacious comfortable clean rooms. Equipped with kettle, fridge ,toiletries etc. Helpful & kind staff.our room had a small balcony.in the mornings we were able to watch the alms ceremony right from our balcony.everything was perfect.thanks we enjoyed our stay? Nothing

It is very well located, very clean to compare to the properties in the same price range. They also have 2 different pillows soft and hard. They helped us to book onwards travel.

Really well located, spacious bedroom, comfortable, very clean, secure, decent breakfast of fresh fruit and eggs, and helpful friendly staff who gave me tips and sorted my bus onwards. Coffee at breakfast was just brown water but this is a minor point! I would happily stay again.

Very central location to both Mekong and Nam Kan river. Easy walk to night market and morning market. Great staff, very helpful, but some difficulty booking a Tuk Tuk to the airport. Was very quiet location. Gave us breakfast to to as we had to leave very early. Breakfast was just ok. Served in the courtyard, lovely.

Clean facilities and good location. I'm used to beds in Asia but the pillows here are beyond hard, they really should invest in some more - we ended up cancelling our return trip in this hotel because it was so uncomfy to sleep. I would probably say a little overpriced compared to other options in town.

really nice room, really nice location, shower was good, maids cleaned to a high standard every day found it strange that man at reception made us give him our key EVERY time we left (even if it was to go 2 minutes up the road to collect our laundry), made it annoying if he wasn’t there when we got back and we wanted to go to our room. Also, while it was nice to have a balcony, you couldn’t really sit on it as was too small
