There were a lot of mosquitoes in my room coming from I don t know where, the decoration make it hard to clean in some spaces, maybe better to take of the decoration to avoid dust of cobwebs. no view from the window.

Personal and value for the money The bath room should have bars to grab in case of loss of equilibrium, since the floor is very slipery.

This hostel is run by a lovely family, and the owner was simply wonderful - kind, helpful, and pleasant. The rooms were always clean, the water was hot, and breakfast was varied and filling. During my trip through Laos, I stopped in Luang Prabang several times on my way to visit different places in northern Laos, and each time I made sure to return to this hostel. It truly felt like home!

Very nice room and helpful staff. This is third time I’ve stayed here in 3 years. It is about 30 seconds of a walk from the main street out front. Just look for the hotel sign on the Main Street. Good location for tour companies to pick you up at.

Nice location and staff! Nothing special—it’s an old place, and all the bedding was worn out, with some pieces having tears and even blood stains. I felt uncomfortable using the pillows, as they were disgustingly dirty underneath the covers. As for breakfast, it’s individually ordered. I went on the first day, but didn’t return because the hygiene standards were poor

I loved the pure wood room. Literally floor to ceiling antique wood. Gorgeous . And I had a large patio to do yoga on. The included breakfast was great and very filling. There was a nice chill patio on the second floor. Plus the place has connections to all the tours, bus rides, etc.. very convenient. The bed was super comfortable . Shower was ok. Standard SE Asian shower. While it was only a 15 minute walk from the center of town, which was also nice for its quietness, at times I would have liked to be in the center.

The room was very big and pretty. Super clean. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The bathroom/drainage was smelling bad. The shower and sink (water didn’t flow) didn’t work at some point. The lady tried to make us pay for breakfast even though it was included. After telling her we paid everything it was fine.

The location was excellent and I was walking distance from everything I wanted to see. It’s also in an area where tours pick up in which is a perk because they’ll come directly to the hotel. It was a bit challenging to find the first time since it’s in an alley but fortunately my taxi driver pointed me in the right direction.
