Particularly there's nothing I liked about this hotel. The location isn't bad, but that's like the main location where all other hotels are located. This was my first stay in Luang Prabang and this hotel including the service is really very bad. Stayed here for a week. The room is old, in a bad condition and quite dirty. The toilet flush is barely working, water in the shower doesn’t go away, the room wasn’t cleaned during my stay at all, bedsheets never changed, no towels changed. The personal barely speaks English, also I noticed they were quite welcoming for Chinese tourists, but nobody ever said hello to me, not that I was looking for attention, but still this was quite noticeable being like totally ignored. They told me no breakfast was included, but at the time of checkout I noticed that I’ve actually paid for the breakfast. Also pay attention if you rent a bike at this hotel, they will give you one without phone mount. After the laundry the clothes just dropped in a bag instead of being neatly folded.

Location. One young staff woman who tried to help.....but the real issue seems to be management. AC good. Very disappointing. Not what their website shows. I asked to be moved to better part of hotel...but they said it was full....though the rooms were turning over everday. Mold on ceiling and wall of room, water barely warm in shower, dirty looking grayish towels w stains, bed hard as a rock...when I specificasked for a soft bed due to back problems, now help from the very poor management, no English speaking staff, sewer gas in room, garbage piled out front of hotel, laundry outside of my room. Room came with two half used rolls of toilet paper, my room or linens were never cleaned once during the 5 days I stayed there. Will never stay there again. ? Again, not the staffs fault. The staff is mostly all young kids.

Centrally located, spacious room. The bed was very firm, I had to use two/three duvets to sleep on. Limited English spoken, catered for Chinese tourists mostly.

Perfectly In the middle of the action. Short walk to the main street for tourists, the night market and food is everywhere. I went for runs in the morning, back for simple breakfast and enjoyed the tea & coffee station It's really quiet on a side road so no noise. Hot water and shower were good, and we got our laundry done that day. The bed is hard, like just a plank of wood with a sheet on it. We didn't really sleep well the two nights. I needed to clean the Aircon filters as they were thick full of dust. But small details.

The location is good The toilet is not working .the bed very hard like a rock. Stuff doesn’t speak English. We don’t understand each other . when I asked to cancel the room they said no refund even I agree pay for one night. We have to stay with stinky toilet all night. The next day they change us to a new room but The room no water all night and the morning we had to leave for the tour so no shower. That is the worse hotel I’ve ever been.

Staff very nice , they can speak Thai and helpful. The location is very close to the center of old town , can walk to temple , night market , morning market , cafe and restaurant . Very close to Pa Tim Somtum shop. Breakfast is ok , bread is very good Pet friendly , there have a small garden in the hotel Good and reasonable price if you plan and book early The bathroom is quite old, the shower is leaking, some furniture in the room and the ceiling lights are broken, damaged, but not repaired. The important thing is that Chinese tourists who come to stay noisy all day long. Not accept the credit card , cash only There is only 2-3 outdoor parking spaces.

Room room incredible, great breakfast and perfect location, stuff was very helpful and kind Internet didn't work well at highest floor bed was hard but I think it's the way they use it here. Should have more plugs

We had a big family room. It was really big and cosy. Walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful On arrival our room was not as clean as we could have hoped. There was some old plastic bags and a used toothbrush in the bathroom.

The location was perfect. The rooms were pretty quiet - you can still hear the temples and sounds of the city but nice balconies. The beds were very hard and the breakfast was acceptable.
