The location. The level of cleanliness was poor. There were a lot of bugs. The bathroom had an awful smell all the time.

The location was great, near some nice restaurants and cafes, not very far from the night market. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and had a nice balcony. The view from there was also good.

Location was convenient Manager was helpful Dirty microwave Lack of cooking facilities - Unable to fry An induction cooktop was provided, but only one pot could be used on it, and it was made of a thin stainless steel unsuitable for frying. Providing at least one frypan for the induction cooktop would make a difference. The refrigerator was badly frosted up and inefficient. Susty floor - possibly due to little use recently Musty smell probably due to not having been opened up.
