Great location, around the corner from the night markets and affordable restaurants. The wifi didn’t reach the room, so we had to go to the lobby to use the wifi.

Hotel is old with signs of wear and stains. The shower glass sliding door was stuck, and I was stuck inside for 1.5 hour and bruised my fingers yanking the door open after several attempts at calling out for help. Not worth the price or experience; there are better hotels nearby.

Beautiful hotel numbers one location in luang prabang. very friendly staff, in rook every beautiful good clean in room have tea, ☕️ coffee , water free every day. I like all 10/10 Recommend .I THINK COME BACK SOON Nothing

location. big family room we had to leave at 6.00 so we could not enjoy breakfast but we were charged for it unfortunately paid 3% extra fees on credit card as well. it was not clear before booking but we understand its a practice

The property was in a perfect location, easy to walk everywhere from. Had a nice breakfast. The beds were extremely uncomfortable… I’m very used to cheap hostels and this was still worse. Rock solid and when I asked staff for more pillows they never brought them. The whole place felt chaotic, and there was never anyone at the front desk even when we rang the bell and waited. Ended up cancelling the second half of our stay and moved to new accommodation

The house is mostly made from wood so it's cool in summer (summer here is HOT hot). The room is spacious. The location is perfect tbh, we could access the places we wanted to visit for less than 20 steps. The host is very very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location, loads of restaurants and next to the night market, staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was not the cleanest, fridge was dirty and some areas of the room were dusty.

Perfect location next to the night market and museum. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. Very convenient. Water and tea & coffee were supplied, breakfast was adequate - choice of eggs, pancakes, smoothies etc. Beds were hard & the linen was stained and tatty. Stairs were steep and wouldn’t suit someone with mobility issues.

This hotel is perfectly located to explore Luang Prabang. It is sited in a quiet side street opposite the Royal Palace and right at the start of the street markets and the old city.

The hotel location is great, next to the palace and the night market, but very quiet. The room was very warm, the staff were very friendly and extremely kind. The room was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable I had a good sleep thank you Ben very kind
