Terrible wifi. I could not connect to wifi when I was in a the room. The location on Google map is not correct.

1) Location is truly unbeatable. Right in the center of everything. 2) Rooms were big. 3) The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was very new and top quality. 4) Towels were new and top quality. I booked my room a few weeks before my travel. Just 2 (two) days before my travel, despite having a “guaranteed” reservation, I received a WhatsApp message demanding immediate credit card details or my booking would be cancelled. The message originated from an Indian phone number and included a suspicious payment link requesting my financial information. I reported this to Booking.com who opened an investigation and involved their Security Team for investigation. I also contacted the hotel manager, Mr. Bill, directly with clear and reasonable questions: Was this communication authorized? How did my private booking information reach a foreign number? Was this a fraud attempt? No response was provided. Complete silence regarding a potential financial security issue is deeply troubling. Unfortunately, the physical condition of the property reflects the same lack of oversight. The room contained large cobwebs in nearly every corner of the walls (see photos). This only suggests long-term neglect of housekeeping. There are visible gaps at both the top and bottom of the room door (approximately one third of an inch), effectively allowing insects or other unwanted creatures to enter freely. Resting peacefully under such conditions is difficult. To be fair, I only saw spiders and ants in the room. The bathroom is extremely poor. There is no shower cabin or curtain, causing water to flood the entire floor. This creates a persistent unpleasant odor. The WiFi performance was equally disappointing. Connection drops frequently — maintaining a stable connection for even five minutes is challenging — and when connected, speeds are extremely slow. Ironically, the property currently shows a WiFi score of 9.4. My experience was entirely inconsistent with that rating, to the point that I had to rely on my own mobile data package throughout the stay. More broadly, I struggle to reconcile my experience with the overall rating currently displayed (9.3, with cleanliness at 9.7).
