The staffs were very friendly The shower head had leaking and whenever I turned on the cold water, there was a squeaky noises came out from the shower head due to water pressure difference from the cold water pipe

We were pleasantly surprised with how much care and attention the staff put into making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which were both hearty and delicious everyday.

Location is good as walking distance to Luodong Station. Breakfast is included, Staff are generally friendly. We enjoyed going to the Luodong night market, which is very vibrant and the Forestry Park. Both are nearby the hotel. We also tried some nice local noodles at a nearby shop. Nothing in particular

Spacious room..

Very spacious room with big window front. Convenient location, central but not too noisy. Family friendly, great for babies,too. Breakfast included. Somehow the bathroom lacks towel holders. The room also doesn't seem so well isolated towards the reception area, thus, one could hear receptionists or guests talk at night.

Staff is polite and courteous. Room is clean and tidy. The quality of breakfast provided is great The flushing system of the water closet is no good. It seems the pressure is not enough to flush off. Sometimes need to take a few tries to flush off everything. In addition, the card reader to the door is not good. It takes a few tries to enable the door to open

None Only one bathroom available for everyone stayed at this facility; room is very humid and there was no dehumidifier inside

Nice big rooms with good lighting and many power sockets by the bed. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Also, you can flush the toilet paper which is always a big win in my books. Walkable distance to the train station, night market, and convenience stores. There weren't any towel racks and the seal on the shower door wasn't great so the floor outside was very wet after each shower unless you mop it up. The receptionist offered to swap out the wet towels for dry ones or to give more coat hangers (for hanging up towels) to help address the issue which was a big help.

Good location. There's a Nightmarket nearby and also some interesting parks and exhibitions. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom is nice also. The curtains for day use looked dirty and rundown. Also the window frames showed stains of dirt.

Prolonged my stay and had to switch rooms. The new room was even bigger with a nice window front. Breakfast choices change some days. Very pleasant.

It’s spacious and confortable. The pillows are little bit flat.

The room is spacious, neat & tidy. The breakfast is not my style, didn’t ate anything.Our Taiwanese acquaintance doesn’t enjoy it at all :(

The buffet breakfast, lots of selections, both Taiwanese and western food No windows in the rooms-although this was expected.
