The owner needs to find a way to let guests come and go between 1am and 7am. Perhaps consider installing a key card style door or a door with a code unique to each guest. There is a way to maintain a hotel's security without having to trap people in for 6 hours a day.

they are not open 24hours. they didnt inform us. we check in around 1pm we add 200 yuan because the check in time is 3pm. We go out around 10pm to eat Hotpot outside when we cameback Around 12:30 middle of the night the door of the hotel was CLOSED! We tried to knock the door. After minutes The boss opened it and angry with us.

The hotel is quite basic, my room had no window and was quite small. But the location is quite good, as right at a side entrance of Luodong night market. The room was quite and despite the age of the facility, everything worked and was in a decent clean condition. There is no elevator in the building. When having large luggage, keep that in mind.

The owner was very nice and helpful. He let us park our big motorcycles in his unrented storefront next door, and was very understanding when we arrived past the normal check in time due to poor weather. The AC was blowing constantly, and there was no way to control it or turn it off in the room. The room was very cold, but the bedding was very warm and comfortable.
