Rooms were clean & oganized. Staff friendly & willing to help, professional . Parking has easy access. Breakfast delicious, ready & on time. Clean.

Breakfast was amazing. Each day was a little different. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient. The 2nd floor was quiet and the pool and the weight room were nice. Paid in full with booking.com. Had to keep a credit card/debit card on file at the hotel when we checked in case we charged anything to our room. When we checked out, we got charged $5/night for "parking facilities maintenance fee". We had no car while we were there and the booking description said, "free parking". The $15 dollar surprise was annoying after paying over $500 and expecting that everything was covered like when we usually use booking.com.

El hotel estaba limpio, un lugar excepcional, buenas atenciones, grandes habitaciones, pero a mi no me gustaban los huevos revueltos, deberían agregar leche caliente para hacer leche con café o viceversa pues sólo había leche fría para los cereales, la avena sin leche, tuve que agregarle leche…

Clean rooms, walk in shower, nice gym area, good parking, nice staff, good breakfast. Could have more healthy snack options after hours and could have more TV stations … otherwise very good. Have stayed here several times in the past.

The 24 hour coffee/ tea is a plus. checking in was a breeze. lots of parking spaces. very clean facility. room was so nice and spacious. had everything we need. bathroom very clean. bed comfortable! the breakfast was amazing. it had what we need. egg omelette, sausage, hard boiled egg, waffles, bagel, toast, hot/ cold cereal, coffee, juice, danish and apples. we were there to watch the BTS Kpop concert at M&T Bank. we will definitely go back if we come back to Baltimore.

Clean. Comfortable. Good location. Conditioner and shower gel were almost empty by the time we checked in. I wish breakfast had more fresh food (veggies, fruit) options

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. The digital access via the app is fantastic and quite the timesaver. The hot breakfast is always appreciated.

We arrived at 4pm and the system was down I have a disability and we had to wait 3 hours and the desk clerk took pity on me and finally gave us a room the desk clerk did her best but they didn't offer us anything for our inconvenience it was terrible and very inconvenient

The shower broke the first morning. The staff gave us access to another room so we could use the shower. The engineer was there promptly came promptly to fix the shower. Thecstaff went outvof their way to make sure that we were happy.

I know hotels now clean rooms every other day, but I'm not too fond of that. They do charge $5/day for onsite parking.

Location is good. Room was not cleaned properly, there were some stuff left from previous guests, is made us dissapointed in the first place, pool was out of service, it was very hot outside , we actually had this hotel for the pool also.I talked to front desk about this ,she said she couldn’t move us to a different same room , but least she tried to help

The location and breakfast were good. Very nicely decorated and a spacious room. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. No microwave in the room. One reason I picked this hotel was because of the pool and upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. That would have been nice to know.

A $5 charge to park in the lot is annoying and insulting. Didn't see any security patrolling the lot.
