Views from pool area exceptional Too many steps from car park - no indication on booking.com how elevated to reception area - the advert on booking.com was slightly misleading - says deluxe double room and indicates pool view etc which it was not as we had room named Jurassic

Spacious room with a beautiful view.

What an absolute dream stay at St Andrews. It felt like a proper get away, the pool area is such a treat, feels more like a villa abroad. The breakfast is immense and the hosts fabulous. The bedroom was really really nicely done and a really good shower. Wonderful.

The real highlight for us was being able to cool off in the lovely pool amongst peaceful surroundings. Nice to have that outside space. A comfortable room, excellent breakfasts, parking on site and friendly owners who were always helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend as it was just what we had hoped for!

Beautiful views, parking, very well presented rooms, spacious en-suite Walking back up the steep hill to get there! But found taxi to be very easy and reasonable (£4)

The rooms were fantastic, the pool area brilliant. The beds great. The breakfast was amazing. The owners friendly. This hotel really hits the mark. Very happy with our stay. The parking was hard to find and it’s on a hill so a bit far to walk back from Lyme. But if you’re in a car that’s fine. There are plenty of car parks down there.

The hosts were incredible. Very welcoming and friendly. The whole weekend had a very personal touch that we really appreciated.

Great hospitality, great location, spacious clean and well equipped room. Full size snooker table and lovely pool were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent! All fresh and cooked to order A little tricky to find the parking behind the property. Other than that minor thing it was a love place to stay. I would say If you are elderly or have any disabilities the location could be an issue walking places as the area is very hilly.

Very friendly welcome, helpful with local information. Lovely breakfast perfectly cooked with lots of variety. Nicely presented gardens and swimming pool. We would highly recommend.

Fiona and Jon were very welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The location was good - a 15-minute walk downhill to the beach/town. Breakfast was excellent with a great menu selection. There was a guest fridge which was useful with bottles of milk that could be used for tea/coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view from the sofa. The bathroom was clean with a bath and walk-in shower. We’d highly recommend and we would stay again. Nothing

It was a beautiful place, lovely room, great view and the terras was nice including a swimming pool. The breakfast was really good and all freshly made! Location wise it was also super, and we visited different villages in the area. Thanks to the lovely hosts! Nothing!
