Friendly staff and cleanliness The traffic from the road was very loud. It seemed like our window might not have been sealed. Would have liked to have a banana and Cheerios as an option at breakfast.

It was ok. Normal for free breakfast. Coffee was excellent. The website said kids arcade but really just meant game area for board games and soccer tables. That was a little misleading.

The only thing we had an issue with was that we couldn't check in. The computer system was down and we had to wait for the manager next door to help find us a room. We never received a key for our room because of the computer system....this was no fault of the staff. Otherwise the room was great and breakfast was good.

Welcome staff was very friendly! Room was clean! Soap smelled good!! Breakfast was good! Cookies were offered at desk! Coffee was good!!!

Guy at the front desk was dressed in a hoodie with a winter hat covering one eye,very unprofessional…I’m sure thats not how you want your hotel represented

Everything was wonderful but if we had one thing to improve upon it was the wide bedframe(we kept bumping into the hard frame). Everything else was great. Great breakfast, super friendly staff, couldn't ask for a nicer place.
