Location, staff, comfortable bed It wasn’t very clear that there was no free parking around (we were only notified with an automatic message after booking). We were expecting at least a boiler and some tea bags and instant coffee in the room

Good location close to the station and only a short walk in to the centre of town. Only small suggestion - the room we were in (14) the curtains didn’t fit the whole way across the window, so the light came in and woke us very early in the morning. There were shutters on the outside of the windows but one didn’t close fully, and closing these also meant you couldn’t have the benefit of having the windows open. Other than that, bathroom a little dated but can’t complain for the price - everything else was great.

The staff were friendly and the location was perfect, very close to the city center. The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The reception is on the 4th floor and closes in the afternoon. The elevator is too old. Not a good price for what is offered.

The location was perfect for us arriving by rail and to explore the city. Reception staff were very friendly, room was a reasonable size and quiet. A fridge was provided. Small table and two chairs also. For the cost it was very good value. The power outlets were badly positioned, a handy writing desk was provided but no power outlet next to it. A hot water system located above the toilet was a potential head bump hazard. The elevator was rather old and small (but worked ok).

I had to take a cold shower in the morning. Minutes after I entered the shower, the warm water was gone....and never came back.

Excellent location. Cleanliness Gluten free was requested in booking but not supplied. Hotel did discount the breakfast cost

Clean room, large shower, close to the main station. Furnishing and bathroom were a bit dated, but Very loud construction sounds from the floor above my room, starting at 7 am. According to the staff nothing they can change - but they could have just not given me this room in the first place! No apologies or compensation offered. The street next to the hotel is rather loud the entire night.
