Many of the appliances were faulty to include the coffee machine as well as the door scanner broke off when scanning my keycard. Further more I was woken up by a strange alarm from inside the building.

Staff are unhelpful and also unprofessional . It was a big problem about payment when check in. It is not acceptable.

Couch in room was nice touch, although it was like a fainting couch, so back only on one end so not good for two people to sit on it

Location and staff. Not much just a little pricy for a solo bicycle trip.

It was a great value for money and it was very comfortable, the room is spacious. Glad that Münster has a nice hotel!

Very clean, very calm rooms & amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is perfect for a stay over night or for a weekend. A pool would have been perfection.

Shiny new hotel, friendly staff, great 'sky bar' with a view. Despite being a very good hotel, some points that can improve: (*) Breakfast is complete, but whatever happened to the great German 'brotchen', those were mediocre. (*) Allowing business meetings in the breakfast area during breakfast time does not really add to the holiday atmosphere for other guests. (*) The sauna did not reach sauna temperatures.

There is only a seat without backrest in the room. Was not comfortable to work in laptop for long time. Shower is too close to the wall. Not comfortable to use.
