All rooms and public areas at the Ibis Münster were renovated in 2011 and 2013 and provide free WiFi access. WiFi is free in the lobby as well. Location Room price was the most expensive bis we have stayed in.

There's a hairdryer -It's very loud at night. People opening and closing doors in the corridor, and other people hanging out in the street till late. -Pillows are very soft -No amenities (toothbrush,...) - internet not working most of the time, and cell reception is minimal.

The Ibis Munster City made a good basecamp from which to explore the city centre and wonderful Christmas Markets. Short walking distance to everything. The breakfast buffet selection is good and all you really need. No kettle tea/coffee making facility in room and drinks machine downstairs only available to guests at breakfast. From our experience other hotels in the chain allow access to hot drinks anytime. Beds are ok but not the most comfortable, noisy sheets and the mattress slips! Small shower room but adequate.

Hotel location is good, near the Christmas markets, reason we were there for. Receptionists never acknowledged nor made eye contact when we were in or out. Maybe that's common for ibis standarts?

Good location, easy accessible by car or train. Short walk to city center and Oktoberfest (reason we stayed there). For that, it is perfect! Really small room with a lot of dust everywhere (under the bed!). Pillows are terrible (ask for more, better or bring your own). And way, way over priced. Obviously due to Oktoberfest, but when I pay 190 a night, I expect WAY more.

Convenient location, everything clean and comfortable in the room. Website advised that parking was available at the hotel (for a fee) but that was not true: staff member at check-in was not helpful with this.

Excellent location for a city trip to Münster. Both the old city center and the harbor are within a 15-minute walking distance from the hotel. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel with sufficient parking space and the option for electric charging. The daily rate for this parking garage is 18 EUR.

Easy to find near the cbd Staff are quite nonchalant in the fact they provide information like they are being helpful. But instead you are getting lectured in a can’t be bothered attitude
