The location was good - close to the bus compound. The staff was unhelful and bordering on rude. Everything closed early and there was no continuity to the hotel - everything seemed disjointed. Luckily we did not spend much time there.

The room is spacious with seaview. Easy access to wonder around town. The lobby is a bit small and the design & decoration is a bit out dated.

Location . View, friendliness of concierge Overall disliked the breakfast management 1. I was not served espresso coffee at 9:37am (breakfast finishes at 10:00) I insisted and asked to pay 86$ MOP which I paid . Unacceptable for 5-star hotel not to serve proper coffee rather than a poor mix of instant coffee and water 2. Omelette breakfast very bad quality oil used , chef needs to improve

Location is super convenient, very easy to get around just by walking. Staff is very friendly. I arrived a little too early, Ms Icey at the reception was very helpful, getting me checked in right away, and the room was great!

Good location. Friendly staff. Overpriced. When I was booking this hotel suite, there was never any mention of having to pay a large security deposit which will only be paid back 3 weeks after checking out. Ridiculous!

The location was great, and room was spacious with good hardware. Check in staff could only speak Mandarin, and the entrance was kinda tricky... you need to walk up a slope and then the check in was strangely at 2F rather than the floor you entered.

The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The extra large double bed is very comfortable. The absence of a casino makes this the perfect accommodation for the family. The porters and the counter staff could have been more proactive in attending to guests standing in front of the counter during check out.
