The hotel is close to a lot of businesses and restaurants. They charge for surcharge for each day you stay there when you check-in. The front desk clerks in the morning shift need to be more friendly to their customers. They need to get a new vanity in the bathroom because it is too old.

Great location in the central old town of Macao The hotel restaurant meals were very good Confusing breakfast menu. Combination of buffet style and a menu with staff selecting a table and then hovering to take an order although there was plenty of choice in the buffet. The shower in my room was quite old and hot/cold taps difficult to adjust.

Close to casinos, St. Paul’s and walkable to the ferry. They speak excellent English! Couldn’t figure out how to turn off one lamp, by the desk, and had to just pull the plug out of the wall to turn it off.

Great location to hang around the old town of Macau - most of the touristic sports are within walking distance. You can take the free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal from the nearby hotel (Lisboa). The hotel is not very modern but decent enough to provide a comfortable stay in the city. None

The location was great, easy to get to eateries and all the transport hubs. The room was spacious enough for a family of three. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. How loud it gets, we were on a floor with very very very loud guests. There was constantly kids shouting and running along the hallways. Then the neighbouring rooms were either having a debate competition of who could speak the loudest in a confine space or just yelling to speak to someone on the other side of the world. Room needs to be more soundproof for what you pay to stay at the hotel.

Well cleaned. Many USB chargers in the room. Door boys and cleaners were OK but the receptionists of first day, when we checked in were not helpful or nice at all despite we asked a question.
