The staff was welcoming and very helpful. There is a good selection of dishes for breakfast. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and was luxurious and practical, with some exceptions. A free shuttle to the border crossing to Zhuhai at the end was a pleasant surprise. • The toilet was not flushing in spite of the prompt intervention of the plumbers. It seems to have a structural problem. • The bathroom has no bars and hooks on which to hang towels and clothes.

breakfast is okay - need to pay HKD55 upfront if your booking does not include breakfast. Room - spacious BED BUGS. We booked a duplex family suite room. The beds in upper floor have bed bugs!! We no longer used the blanket and used the towels as extra bed sheets. Some parts of the edges of bathtub have molds. We can let this go but the bed bugs, really, is the huge problem. My sister did not have decent sleep because of itching all over her legs. The room assigned to us was 1007. Please change the bed foam already!

The room was exceptionally clean, and the location was convenient to Taipa area. The restaurant attached MEP Bistro was fantastic (food and cocktails) The air-conditioner was super noisy, and there was no water pressure in the shower. I thought the image of the triple room was larger on the website.

Location is so convenient ☺️.The hotel is ok. Lacking of tissue and it would be helpful if the hotel could offer free mineral water at least.

Our room was spacious enough for three people and the Hotel was very close to some attractions such as Senado' square and St'Paul and also very close to bus station and restaurants we didn't have breakfast

The old carpet smell and dim lighting in the room. The hotel needs an upgrade.

Location near Senado square and near bus stop to travel around. Room for 4 persons is big and comfort. A little bit Smell.

the location it’s not clean and the toilet isn’t clean too. my friend experienced water coming out from the floor drainage. and when sleeping, there’s funny smell intire the room the whole night . i really like it.
