I highly recommend the W Macau – Studio City and will certainly be returning. The hotel delivers a top-tier experience across the board: Location (10/10): Perfectly situated on the Cotai Strip, putting all major hotels within easy walking distance or a short taxi ride. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the Macau immigration port is also incredibly convenient. Customer Service (10/10): The staff are exceptionally professional, and the service was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Rooms (10/10): Our room was fantastic—very modern and impressively spacious. Buffet Breakfast (10/10): The breakfast is outstanding, especially for those with specific dietary needs. We pre-ordered from their Indian menu, and the chef went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepared exactly to our requirements. It is a great relief to find a hotel that offers such high-quality Indian vegetarian options. Our check-in time was 3pm and we had booked 3 rooms. We arrived around 5.30pm and only 1 room was available to us. Though the customer service was excellent, I found the delay in check-in disappointing from a 5-star property.

The check-in and check-out process were both smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout the stay. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and ambiance truly made the experience memorable. One of the few hotel brands that consistently exceeds my expectations, and I will definitely stay again in the future. Nothing

Everything, truly am amazing hotel. The design was incredible, the breakfast buffet had everything, the staff was wonderful, the pool area was fun and gym was great. Not to mention how amazing the rooms were Nothing

The drainage sound coming from the bathroom lasts for fifteen minutes after a shower.

Everything Nothing

This hotel impressed us in many ways, starting by the elevators carpet that were changed 3 times a day and each new one had a greeting: "good morning", "good afternoon", and "good evening". The service at the indoor pool/spa was phenomenal. We were served by this great person named "JB". He was super kind, super focused on our wellbeing, providing towels, water, and wet-cold sent face towels whenever we needed. We didn't have to ask for anything, he knew what we needed. Breakfast was huge in options in both Chinese and international cosine. Everything we tried tasted special, and although it was busy, the staff was able to manage the amount of people with grace and professionalism. Last but not least, we were very thankful for the upgrades we received. Originally our booking was for the basic room, but both of the times we stayed there, we were upgrade to a beautiful and spacious suite.

The room and breakfast was excellent and outstanding. Gym and pool with sauna are great addition. The check-in process does not feel very organized. Checks-in done 10:00 and we received reservations card and when we returned at 16:30 the same again. Another 20min at the front desk and still nothing was prepared. Finally a solution was found and we could enter the room.

Good location, walkable to the Strip. Access to LRT, buses and taxi. Shopping mall adjacent. Excellent hidden bar. More charging spots would be great.
