Location, clean, stunning view

The property was in a great location. Very clean and always smelt so good. The staff were all helpful and very nice! Orly，Danilo and Sanjeb were amazing people. They all went above and beyond. Nothing.. it was excellent

One of the most luxurious properties we have stayed at. The room is spacious and clean, everything feels premium and the location is great as well. Breakfast at Hampton Court was a highlight as it was one of the best buffet breakfasts we have experienced in terms of quality. Maybe a weird detail to point out but we really appreciated the high quality showerheads, the water pressure was perfect: strong yet gentle. There was a bit of confusion between Londoner Grand, Londoner Court and Londoner Macau. Perhaps more distinction between the three would be helpful to first time visitors.

Above and beyond, i left my expensive watch in the room while room service and room was cleaned nothing was touched , room itself is full of amenities like nespresso coffee machine and humidity controller would definitely come again.

The Hotel has a very modern design, the room wasn't extremely large but it was very well decorated, with fine details. Bathroom is outstandingly comfortable. The whole corridor is dark blue based with abstract painting on walls, very harmonious design. I was on 18th floor, the room service staff was particularly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Lisa. I have been to my fair share of hotels to know when the service distinguish itself.

We recently stayed at The Londoner Macau with my senior citizen mother and my son who has a disability, and I can honestly say this hotel exceeded every expectation we had. What truly set our stay apart was the staff. Their service was absolutely exceptional — attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. Traveling with family members who have specific needs can be stressful, but the team at The Londoner made us feel completely looked after every step of the way. The location is a fantastic bonus — right in the heart of Macau, making everything so accessible. But at the end of the day, it was the people that made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a hotel where the service is the star of the show, look no further. We'll definitely be back.

Great Hotel very tastefully decorated and good location on the Main Cotai strip. Very clean. I was there for three days in the housekeepers did a wonderful job.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s themed, but not so over the top to be corny. The rooms are spacious and pretty and very comfortable. But the best part was the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Jo at the Concierge‘s desk; she was amazing. Nothing! All was great.

Very impressed the suite that I stayed. The luxurious design with caring details. Every year I visit Macau and this is the best hotel suite that I ever stayed. Home keeping team with great service. Front desk staff handle my request patiently. I’m very satisfied and enjoy my couple days break in Macau. Non smoking floor but people are still smoking. When I checkin my room, the hallway still filled with smoke smell
