Everything about our stay at The St. Regis Macao was simply outstanding — a perfect 10 out of 10. The staff's attentiveness and genuine warmth set this hotel apart from any other. Special recognition goes to Cindy and Rod, who went above and beyond with their friendliness and care, making every interaction truly memorable. The entire team contributed to an exceptional experience — help was always at hand, requests were anticipated before even being made, and every smile felt sincere. A personal highlight was the chance to briefly meet General Manager Mr. Stuart-Wayne Douglas before our departure. It speaks volumes about the culture of this hotel that the GM himself takes the time to connect with guests personally — it's clear the exceptional service starts right at the top. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully appointed, and offered every comfort imaginable. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between grand luxury and genuine warmth. Nothing at all. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.

The property location is obviously amazing, connected to the new Londoner, mall, easy to walk to Wynn Palace and Venetian. Beautiful lobby, feels like signature St Regis classy. Patrick from the reception was very helpful and friendly as all their staff is really nice The room is a bit outdated and older but super spacious and the view is amazing. There is no flat iron in the room. And yes they have a complimentary iron service but when I called at 3:30 pm for it and said I need it back within 1 h they said thats fine, the lady who wanted to collect the garment came 3:38 and said it wont be ready before 4:30 (she was late not my fault) and they don't iron silky fabrics. So it cost me a lot of time to wait for them call them twice to bring a flat iron. Easier if they leave an iron in the closet not to bother guests with that

The interior looks amazing, everything is clean, nice restaurants, good stores. The staff is incredibly nice! So much convenience in the room and with all the outside activities.
