From the check in to each touchpoint this was a fantastic hotel stay. Our room was immaculate and fun, the restaurants were delicious and most of all the service was top notch. Combined with the spectacular architecture, it was a fabulous hotel stay!

The Morpheus is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in and probably the best I ever will. From start to finish it was 10/10. It's super modern and beautiful white marble everywhere. The check-in lobby is amazing and the staff are so welcoming. Our room was fabulous, over-looking the Cotai Strip. The computer tablets in the room controlled everything from lights to curtains, TV and temp controls. Fresh fruit in the room each day and I personally got a bottle of wine and a bunch of balloons sent to my room for my Birthday. Very thoughtful. A well stocked snack bar/fridge. We were on the 26th floor and the elevator ride down provided great views of the lobby and outside. The restaurants range from high quality snacks Cafe to restaurants with 3 Michelin stars. You will never be disappointed. The Cafe in reception do fantastic cakes, coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend the Crab Benedict. All staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back. Nothing. Everything was perfect. If I was being really picky, I would like the restaurants to stay open a bit later.

This place is beyond great! The staff was to helpful and nice, the room was incredible, all amenities, nice mini bar, great great bed! The breakfast was sublime, so many options and everything was delicious, the hotel is huge, with many stores and casinos, there is a free shuttle that takes you from the hotel to Macao downtown, and the hotel is maybe 25 minutes way from the Hong Kong bridge.

Its the perfect 5 star hotel. Fantastic room and service. Very helpful staff. The Morpheus architecture is physically stunning and the hotel doesnt have the incessant overcrowded feeling like the other hotels on the Cotai strip. It is expensive but definitely worth the experience. None

The breakfast was excellent.The early morning menu changes daily during my 3-night-stay at Morpheus. Highly recommend “Yi” restaurant inside hotel, enthralling, delectable gourmet food.Super yummy !????? Overall polite, all smile staffs

The staff were just fantastic! Impeccable service. They all went out of their way to help. A Big Thank You to them all. The food - I had room service and the Vietnamese Beef Noodle was not very good. The beef was really tough.

The design of the hotel is sleek and super modern, and trans-spatial. The reflection of light through the sculptural walls at different time of the day just make it dazzle. The rooms (all three rooms we had) were not ready by 5:30pm…. And the greeting card in my room was typed with a different guest’s name ?

Ever since I first saw that hotel lobby I knew I had to stay here at some point! Rooms are equally fantastic, very nice layout, super cool bathroom and plenty of space for your cloths and stuff. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond with flowers, balloons, late check out etc. a very nice touch! We had a small lunch at l'attitude and it was fantastic! Would definitely recommend. Very cool property. The view wasn't great, overlooking the airport but I'm sure they have better rooms. Also, the pool was under maintenance which was a bit of a disappointment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Morpheus Hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and we were promptly given information about the hotel's amenities and activities. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The stunning views from our room added an extra touch of magic to our experience. One of the highlights was the surprise the hotel made to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, and not to forget mentioning the hotel’s dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, providing a wide selection to suit every taste. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the helpful front desk staff provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Specially Linda who welcomed us and helped in every possible way. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. We cannot wait to return and enjoy another lovely visit! Thank you, Morpheus Hotel for an unforgettable experience!

The hotel entrance,lobby, lift, corridor and room design are very new, modern, charming and comfortable. The staffs are really excellent including the 3 front desk staffs Jessica, Natalie and Kali (the gentle who help to me move our luggage to room and unlock the Art floor). Other hotel staffs including security, room service/cleaning and shuttle bus are the best we experienced in Macau over 20 years. Breakfast somehow over price Only little soap/shampoo/lotion liquid/cream pushed out for every press on the bottle, need to press many times Hard to open the bottle of water provided, easy hurt fingers
