Room and the Hotel's Decor I came down twice and found nobody was at the 24-hour concierge. The front desk had to call for someone to come.

skycab cable car Despite reserving two rooms, neither was ready at the designated check-in time of 3pm. Additionally, the non-smoking room I had requested was filled with a strong smoke smell, making it difficult to breathe. When I brought these issues to the attention of your customer service staff, I was met with disbelief and resistance. After persistent complaints, I requested the assistance of a concierge to confirm the presence of the smoke smell. Only then was I offered a room change, but on different level. After complaints again and again, the staff finally offered the room just next door.
