Room was great, a good amount of space. We have a small baby so we requested a cot. We were very happy to receive a cot, baby bath and bottle steriliser. Our airconditioner didnt work

The rooms were well designed and spacious. Glass Windows outside are a bit dirty. Pretty obvious during the day time

The staff were so amazing when it came to room service and were very helpful I personally did not enjoy the snacks on the room service menu, as well as the fact that the gym locker room doesn’t have a sauna or steam room!

-The Personnel ( Im referring Countdown Hotel Staff) was so Courteous and Friendly. -The City View was Perfect from 17th floor. -Thanks for the complimentary instant coffee, but next time tell your guest to bring their own stirrer to enjoy the coffee mixed up! -Teabag was great! -They response quickly for Room transfer from Smoking Room to Non-Smoking Room, i think it took 10mins only. We want to go to the Swimming Pool Area in the morning, but it will open by 10am and the worst part, we need to check out on or before11am! How can we possibly enjoy the Pool Area and enjoy the water if we need to leave in less than an hour! yet, need to fly up to 17th floor! -The Pool closes at 6pm, so we spent our time in bath tub with warm water, but the Shower Gel was not enough for to make bubbles! I hope you make it 2 bottles next time since 2person will be using it, cannot share with 1 tiny bottle. -The Pin light right above the bed , it's like spotlight straight to your face..2 side lamps much better, unfortunately our room has 1 side bed lamp only (left side)..

The Filipino staff that caters our need was efficient though he came from Morpheus. Lack of staff. Starting from the reception that answered me they can't give trolley assistance because they have lack of manpower. And the pick-up luggage request will be 30 mins so we don't have any choice but to lift everything on our own. The sounds that keep on bugging us in the middle of the night until morning, i think there's a construction going on. ?
