Great hotel, with excellent services and amenities. The room is super big (especially for standards in Asia). Really a great 5 star hotel. Really appreciate the shuttle services to and from ferry / city / border post. Nothing really. Maybe I would say very limited options for breakfast, other than room service.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Conrad Macao. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a lovely view facing the Parisian tower, and the location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. Although breakfast was not included in our stay, we paid for the buffet breakfast one morning at Churchill’s Table, and it offered a wide variety of delicious choices. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the option to request a lavender-scented pillow, the lovely welcome biscuits, and the sweet card prepared for us. These small surprises made our stay even more special and memorable. The only minor downside was that the room lighting felt a little too dark for our preference, but other than that, everything else was perfect and we had a truly wonderful stay.

We stayed one night at Conrad Macao and overall we were very pleased. The rooms are excellent — spacious, modern, with extremely comfortable beds and a nice view over Cotai Strip. Location is perfect, with frequent free shuttles to Venetian, Parisian and Wynn Palace. The staff was polite and attentive. However, there seems to be an internal inconsistency in the coordination between the hotel’s different departments. I booked the room through Booking.com with breakfast included for the whole family and clearly selected the ages of my children (13 and 17 years old). When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that free breakfast is only for children under 12. We had to show our booking confirmation, after which the staff kindly agreed to provide complimentary breakfast for the older kids. I believe the hotel should resolve such discrepancies internally with their own reservation department beforehand, instead of putting guests in the position of having to prove their rights and listen to explanations on the spot

The room I booked facing the Eiffel Tower was large, spacious, and luxurious. The view was stunning! The robe, slippers, and towels, were heavy and soft. The staff were very focused on ensuring I had a good stay. I immediately got more coffee when I asked and I had the concierge help plan a 3-day itinerary. Everything in the room was of the highest quality. This was such a treat for me as it’s the nicest hotel (and hotel room) I have ever stayed in. Absolutely loved it!

The Conrad Hotel is located within the Londoner Hotel. Perfect location on Cotai strip. Customer service was excellent. Our room had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The shuttle from the ferry terminal was super easy, convenient, and quick. You would take the shuttle going to the Londoner. None.

I enjoyed very much at the Swimming Pool, Staff were very warm & attentive. I did enjoy the time for sauna & spa at your Health Centre, the equipment at Health Centre were professional! I was confused by taking free shuttle bus to Conrad while arriving Macau as no signage for free shuttle bus to Conrad and staff working there have no idea of Conrad Hotel and where it was. After suffering/managing to arrive Conrad, we met a little rude, unfriendly & unkind Reception to help us the check-in, 1st image for Conrad didn't look good! Later on, we met the House Keeping with smiles follow by other hearty staff, the stay in Conrad become warm & comfortable!

The staff and housekeeping were quick to service our needs. Must try Churchill's Table for breakfast buffet as it was delicious and reasonably price.
