The hotel is located near local eateries and shops that locals frequent that you can have a feel of how it is like living in Macau. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, and the toiletries provided are good brands and not generic mass-produced hotel toiletries. None

Great little hotel in excellent location. Just a short walk to many attractions in the old Town. Bus stop just a minute away. Very friendly staff. Beautifully designed room. We could store our luggage after checking out as we had a late evening flight.

Location: It's so convenient to all those must-see attractions (for example Ruínas de São Paulo - walking distance), and it's also nearby bus station (only takes 2 mins), nearby restautant, nearby convenient stores...... Staff: They're so friendly, if you have any questions can ask them (online or offline, they're very helpful)! - exp!!! we wanted to eat instand noodle at night but the cup noodle didn't provide fork, and the staff get it from the restaurant beside :P no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strategic location with many local eatery outlets within walking distance (<5mins). It”s really places frequented by locals. Food is good and decently priced. Hotel room is clean and cosy. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The amenities in the room is complete.

the 3pm check in time was challenging as my flight arrived so early, and the room wasn't ready until 3pm exactly. Couldn't be helped, and the front desk staff were super kind to store my bags and provide guidance on sites to see while I killed time.

Great staff, great location. Decent room, but we learned that we had paid over 3x the price we could've gotten if we'd booked locally.

We like the gym, the water station downstairs, and the shower shampoos. When booking the hotel, I was given to understand the room was for two adults and one child; however, the staff advised that if I needed a third towel and other amenities for the child I must pay an additional MOP 200. This felt a bit like false advertising.

Helpful staff. Central location. Good value compared to other Macau properties. Drinking water refill in the lobby. Very basic. No vegan food in the restaurant downstairs. Overpriced compared to China.

I like their L’occitane shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner!!! I love the smell. Staff are really friendly and helpful! Also, i like that it’s walking distance to everthing! It’s close to super marker, walking distance to st paul ruins and senado square! also their free water! Nothing
