Very accessible and many cheap food stalls nearby. The neighbor next room was smoking though it was very clear that smoking is not allowed. We immediately calles the hotel's attention to address this.

Room is clean, location is near to all the shops and got the Grand Lisboa View. Walkable distance to St. Paul. So many shops nearby. The walls are not sound proof.

And offers free strong Wi-Fi, which is very important. I will be staying at this hotel again. It was very convenient for everything to do in Macau,. I stayed here a few times on my trip and the first time my room was quite small, but I understand that is how it is in this part of the world so I dealt with it. And the second time I stayed here my room was bigger not by much., lol.

The staff has gone out of their way to help me find points of interest, I’ve stayed here a couple times on this trip and the first room I had was extra small, but it was doable.

The hotel location is great, it is very convenience to go everywhere cost-efficiently through public transportation if you know how to navigate around with the Macau Bus Pass. The electrical outlets had been updated for international travelers, so no converter/plug adapter required for laptop and iphone charge any more. The air condition is sufficient, the mattress also provide good support, and the maid clear up the room every day, so it is comfortable during my stay. the bath room is little bit too small, so it is difficult to turn around within the bathroom; and there are some watermark show up near the window which also required maintenance.

The proximity to everything-food, key tourist sites, the option to store luggage post check out for free. The rooms despite being non smoking, had a strong cigarette smell. Walls were too thin above and on the sides.

3 star hotel. The decoration in the room is typical chinese style. Very clean. and the location is fantasting. The workers are friendly. the smart home system in the room cannot work propoerly, client cannot use the voice to control. maybe I did it in wrong way.
