Breakfast wasn't great. Food that was supposed to be hot was sometimes cold. Have never before been forced to wear a head cap in a pool.

It takes 10-20 minutes by foot to visit some famous place Location wise, there is no nice restaurant nearby. We had to take a bus with a few stops to visit nice restaurants which was inconvenient. If we wait for taxi, it took 15-30 min depends on the time and the day.

The location is excellent—right in the center of Macau—making it incredibly convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and historic sites on foot. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection and quality that set us up perfectly for the day. Overall, Hotel Royal Macau offers a great combination of classic charm, prime location, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are all nice & helpful . Hotel near restaurants & bus stop. Taxis available when requested. Toilet this time not so clean. Found a pubic hair on the wall of the tub. There was a bad drain smell coming out of toilet, sink drain & floor drain.

- The hotel is close on foot from the nearby bus stops. It also offers free shuttle service at specific timeslots to reach the ferry terminal. - The staff was very helpful as I had to inquire about an issue related to the payment. They were very patient and kind when they explained to me how the process happens. The amount was frozen on my account and another similar amount was deducted. But they did unfreeze the first amount so everything was settled when I checked out. - The room is very spacious and the facilities were great. The view is really lovely and we felt really comfortable in the room. Nothing to be mentioned. It was a very short but really comfortable stay. Everything was great and I will be definitely looking forward to coming back whenever I revisit Macau.

location I cut my head above my eye on the towel rail that was stupidly positioned in the shower. When i checked out i mentioend it to the staff who basically didnt care and proceeded to hand me the bill for 2 bottles of chinese beer from the minibar, which seemed their priority. I was pretty shocked but not surprised as in Macua and Hong Kong , service is often like that.
