What you see is what you get, basic needs met and bottled water provided in room. Bathrooms not the cleanest especially on the surfaces. Tinted windows don’t let in natural light.

Hotel location is near to bus stop, taxi from Outer Ferry Terminal is just MOP 25. Public Buses go to most of the popular places in Macau, both on the Macau Peninsula, and southern island where Taipa and Coloane are. Bus fare is fixed at MOP 6 per pax per trip, regardless of number of stops. We were re assigned a bigger and non-smoking room as the original one allocated was a smoking room. The new room size was very comfortable for our 2 big luggages and good space moving around, and having supper infront of tv. The overall pleasant visits and food tasting around Macau made up for the shortfall of this hotel. Pillows were too soft, collapsed to absolute flatness. Beddings became very hot in the night even with air con at 24degC. We were sweating badly. Aircon blower was too noisy. Bathroom had a non stop "yiiiing" sound as if our ears were ringing. With all these, both my daughter and i could barely sleep throughout the 3 nights stay. All mugs and glasses were dusty, floor was dusty, also on the rims of wall sockets. It's unlikely for us to book this hotel again for our next trip to Macau.

They accommodated a one hour later checkout. We had two different rooms and both parties had bites on their legs from something (not sure if it was bed bugs). Told the staff and they didn't do anything or even acknowledge it.

The room was spacious. Basic things such as sugar and creamer were not available in the room. Also, when the reception and room service were called, there was no response in English
