Hospitality, cleanliness and the location. Restaurant room needs a small maintenance on the air conditioners, once in a while little drops of water falling on the table while having breakfast.

There was a bust stop opposite the hotel and it was convenient to commute via bus back to hotel. Location is not very far from Liboa Hotel and the main bus terminal. Just a five mins walk Don't really like the bath tub in the bathroom. It was troublesome to shower in the bath tub. Hope they upgrade the interior soon

Comfortable bed. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. For the money, it was not worth it. The selection of food was poor. The food was cold. When we asked to have the staff make us a cappuccino, they stated that we purchased the buffet and said we weren't allowed to have one. Unbelievable. I left a whole cup of bad coffee and much of my meal behind. Needless to say, because of this 30-minute encounter, I will not stay again at a Holiday Inn in Macau.

The front desk is warm and patient. My flight delayed more than 6 hours for airport shut down aircraft runway. My original plan is to stay there for a comfortable night and transfer to other country the next day. Due to the flight delay, I arrived almost early morning and the next flight is four hours later. I want to cancel the hotel booking but not able to and need penality. The hotel's soundproofing is poor, and bathtub drain is clogged. It is so nervous not able to cancel booking and have to fight with poor facilities.

The room is superb, bed was comfortable. My kids love this hotel. Staff is super polite especially the cleaning lady, thumbs up for her. all good.

Breakfast was good and right for day. Location was ideal with walking distance to the Senoda Square, Ruins and for the shuttle buses to Cotai besides the Wynn Macau, MGM and the Lisboa. Cannot think of anything negative.

The location was accessible and most of the tourist spots were walkable. They had great Western and Asian breakfast options. Check-in was quick and the staff helped us book a taxi to the airport. One of our rooms smelled like wet laundry and cigarette smoke.
