The place is clean and accessible to all tourist spot, staff and restaurant was approachable and accomodating. Great thanks for the good food and assistance by Bella and Hubert in the hotel breeakfast buffet. And to the receptionist who assisted us in our stay.

Everything. Second time staying here. Polite, efficient staff, great location within walking distance of many places of interest. Was given a complimentary upgrade to the executive level floor, with a large room. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever had in all my travels. Excellent shower.

The location was very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Nothing in particular. Everything was good.

Room big enough for family stay, Great and convenient location, very near to the bus stop, surrounded a lot of restaurants, walking distance to old town for sightseeing all the historical landmarks.

The location was good. The beds were hard, people smoked in the hallways and rooms so they smelled like smoke, and those in charge of breakfast did not replace empty bins of food (or reluctantly did so).

1.Breakfast variety & value is good, except the sunny-side egg cooking style needs to be improved from fried egg. 2.Location is very convenient for travelling around by buses. 1.The cooking station should have smoke-guard to mitigate cooking smoke/odor inside the dining room. 2.One of the non-smoking room has smoking odor which is untolerateable. Guests should be guaranteed that a non-smoking room is free of cigarette odor. 3. A deposit was required at time of checking. This requirement should have been clearly stated in the booking platform instead of a surprise at time of check-in.

Hotel walkway is veey small and narrow. But this is mot a major issue.

Good location. Can walk to some of the big casinos and use their shuttles to move around. Can walk to old town and sightsee all the historical landmarks. Neighborhood has restaurants, nightlife, markets. Room is big. Reception staff speak english. Nice bathtub to relax after tired day. Room is also ideal for working remotely with comfortable desk and chair. We were also given a free upgrade on the room with a good view and upper floor Room service did not speak english so could not order to the room. Bed is hard bed, some like it I prefer softer :)

The staff is friendly, the decor is warm and stylish, the living room is spacious, and the bathroom is elongated—there's really nothing to complain about. This hotel may be on the pricier side, but aside from that, there are no drawbacks.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel's location is excellent-just a 3-minute walk from the iconic Grand Lisboa, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but their English skills were limited. A translation app can be very helpful for smoother communication. Despite the minor drawbacks, I had a great stay overall and would recommend Hotel Beverley Plaza for its spacious rooms, good breakfast, and prime location. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was a bit off-putting.

Travelled with two other people and we booked two rooms. We liked that there was another door before accessing our rooms as this was good for privacy purposes. Clean amenities, comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Hotel staff were helpful The other room had the smell of smoke in the vents.
