The location was fine but the interaction between staff and customer was poor. No knowledge of the booking, charged for the night, charged for a no show when I actually stayed there. refused to pay back the deposit of $200 macau which I’m still trying to get chased up. All in all quote disappointed. I was given an upgrade room and the hotel is dated, quite ages but I expected that. as above.

Location is close to all necessity. When requesting for a simple celfon charger the FO/HSKP said thay they dont have it. Really??? Most hotels now even a 2 star hotel will have a simple phone charger on standby for its hotel guest.

I booked a room on 18th floor or above with breakfast and was supposed to have executive lounge benefits. When I checkin, the staff gave me a lower floor room, when I asked about the location of my breakfast, they replied my room didn't include breakfast. After double checking, the front desk replied the reservation department made a mistake, gave me 10 breakfast coupon to have breakfast on the 1st floor and changed my room to the 18th floor. When I took the lift to the 18th floor, I realized there's a executive lounge on the 20th floor, therefore, I went back to the lobby and asked about my benefits. The staff were not about to understand my booking because it was in English, after 10 minutes, the manager finally came over and said if i want executive lounge access, they will provide that, I was furious, I told her it is my benefit when I booked the room, not if I want, but he said that for 3 times.

Cheap and affordable but honestly it's really not much to expect except for a place to take bath an rest. It's located in one of the place that is rather crowded in Macau and it is easy to get access to a lot of places, but we still need to get the Macau pass before anything can be convenient. I understand I didn't pay much but I really don't understand why did they put someone who just recovered from illness, someone who just got discharge from hospital to all the way to the end of the corridor.
