The location was very accessible and sits near most attractions. The hotel is pretty new and the rooms are very spacious. We were given a room with a good view of the city and the hotel Lisboa. Staff are accommodating. The check out was the most seamless and easiest I’ve experienced. The lobby was cramped and there’s no place to lounge.

I like that they provided water service wherein we can get our own water on their facility and very accessible because they have one water dispenser for each floor. The breakfast place was super comfortable and they provided delicious foods. N/A

Friendly staff in busy hotel and location. Flexible to varying tourist needs with good English. We arrived before check-in time and staff kept our suitcase while preparing the room. Excellent breakfast and quiet rooms despite being in a busy location.

The location is perfect to go to most casinos & historical areas . The breakfast buffet is not good for anybody who is visiting from America or any European countries, 99% of the food is oriental .

A very minor downside was that the hotel does not have a direct shuttle service. Still, this was not a big issue since you can easily use another hotel’s shuttle or take a public bus.
