Amazing stay with okura, staff were extremely nice and helpful, the grand resort deck was a big hit with my kids! A bit more crowded than I expected but it’s summer vacay time so also makes sense

I think the service staff in general was abdolutely exceptional. For example, they were extremely caring and even prepared gifts for our child, which made her elated. We had an unforgettable stay and we’ll definitely revisit in the future!

The staffs are generally helpful, polite, and their services are excellent. I do like the room a lot with lots of drinks, fruits and snacks. We would like to highlight a staff named NASH, he is doing a very good job =) timing isnt right we didnt have the chance to enjoy their pool

The location is fulfilled with lots of restaurant and shops. The staffs are extremely nice especially the bellboys, they are very helpful when sending us the luggages to the airport bus.

The manager had given a very great service to us. I wanted to buy the yukata for my wife. But it had no stock. He suddenly came out an idea giving my wife a teddy bear with a kimono on it. My wife was very happy n she said,” It’s very cute. Thank you Sir.” I must give Okura hotel Manager ?????! You have done very great customer service brother! I’m a marketing too. That’s why I know what a QUALITY SERVICE IN MARKETING. He shall get promotion for his good customer service. Thank you again.?????????? None
