Great location and everything tou needed was in walking distance staff was friendly and helpful. Great view ,clean and convenient location. The fridge was small, and there was no microwave. Being someone who's just relaxing, sometimes you want to get food for later but have no way to heat it up .

Big shout out to Leon and Ancent for being the best upfront staff and helping us throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were all very kind and cheerful, saying hello when we walked by. The hotel is in a great location for those not wanting to spend a fortune for a night or two to just see Macau. It’s literally right next to the Sofitel and we walked all over! We could even walk from the ferry terminal to our hotel (strolling, so sightseeing). I don’t think I’d ever return to Macau, but if I did, I’d stay here again. They had extra good amenities as well, like slippers, toothbrushes and so on. Everything was great!

All the staff are very friendly , and trusted I left my phone and already check outl. After that I back to the hotel , my phine was alteady at the recepsionest on august 27 th 2025 , thanks alot for the one of girl staff on duty

The 200 mop charge for a mini bar. You do get it back but if you dont know about it when you check in you are sol.

Good location walk distance to many tourist attractions many restaurants near by ,bus stop couple minutes walk , clean room staff are very friendly and helpful.

Price is reasonable and walking distance to many restaurants The room smells like something from the sewage. It does not happen all the time, and I am not sure where it is coming from. I think it comes from the pipe. Occasionally you can hear the water running from the room above.

The outlook of the building looks old but surprisingly the rooms are very modern, clean and new. Front desk staff are nice and friendly. Location is very convenience, next to Ponte 16 hotel and 2 minutes walk to the pier towards ZhuHai, less than 10 minutes ferry Journey to ZhuHai Wanchai seafood street. No good view from the window. Room service needs to improve. (Ask for ice but don't have and the room service staff, he did nothing wrong, but was a bit cool, quite scary)

It was very central and easy to get to using a bus or taxi. It was within walking distance of the Ruins of Saint Paul's. It was located near a building site, but this didn't impact our stay at all. We just had to negotiate around the barriers of the site.

Property was fine. I would next time perhaps ask for a room with a sea view for more light but bed and room were clean and comfortable. Price affordable. Staff friendly and amenable. Helped me find buses and also carried my case down the front steps without me asking, which I was grateful for.
