It's close to a food, bus stations, and convenience store so you can get yourself taken care of. Bathing supplies, hair dryer and extra blankets provided. We were definitely expecting better from the price. You pay for location not comfort here. But you can still sleep well, no springs poking out from mattresses at least. There were police? when we were checking out so could be a little shady.

No noise insulation in the room. Staff also not so polite and helpful.

Room looks exactly like the pictures, decent for short stay! Beds are very hard (not necessarily negative but worth considering) and the room is a bit noisy.

Near to Senado Square The staff specially the frontdesk. They are not willing to help. We ask assistance to call for taxi but they dont want to help. So we just took the bus instead. They dont speak english and very unaccomodating! They dont even smile. Bad customer service. We also dont like the bed, very hard. Its like there is a wood beneath the matress. Also the drainage of the bathroom of one of the room is not properly working. It floods everytime we took a bath. Overall.. Very bad experience and very bad customer service.

The room feels warm and cozy, the interior is equipped with air conditioning and walled TV, dropped plastered ceiling with fixtures and fittings, lovely decorated blue-coloured pattern tiles on walls, wooden flooring, multiple plug points, a boiling kettle, room slippers, comfortable beds and sheets, nice shower head and toilet facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly to provide me with a change of room to a 4 single beds for 4 pax. The thick wooled blankets stored in the cupboards looked worn out and dusty to be used. It would be good to have a bathroom floor towel inside the bathroom/toilet.

The room is big and clean. The building is just 5 floor so not crowded. The location is within the centre with restaurant attached to the hotel. Hope they could provide bottled water and coffee.
