Friendly staff, nice room with amenities. Location was good, walkable to most places and bus stop nearby. Nothing particular.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a decent amount of space in the room to rearrange luggage, which I appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was very helpful. Since it was the rainy season, umbrellas were available to borrow with a small deposit, which I found very convenient. The common area in the lobby was also a great space for remote work. I especially liked the welcome drink—it was a kind of herbal tea, delicious and refreshing, and it made my working hours feel more enjoyable and energizing. Oh! Nothing : )

Conveniently located, clean rooms, accommodating staff

Amazingly big room and bathroom (with a huge shower). Excellent and friendly hotel front desk and cleaning staff. Perfect location, very close to several amazing restaurants and spots to see in the city. And most importantly great pricing, and therefore strong value for money. Excellent, fast password-protected Wifi. Cant think of any reason one wouldn’t stay here when in Macau. One of my favorite hotels to date. Can’t really think of anything, honestly! No complaints.

The location is great. The room had a slight mouldy smell.

Staff from the receptionist to the house keeping lady are super helpful and friendly. They called a taxi for me early in the morning when I got ill and needed to go to the hospital. They handled my luggage with care and kept it in storage free of charge after I checked out. They answered my request for additional toiletries and garbage disposal immediately. Rooms are a bit small but kept clean and everything is in good working order. Towels and bedsheets are immaculate. Prime location. Literally located on one of the busiest and most decorated streets in Macau, with good restaurants and shops for souvenirs. 3 minutes walking to the most iconic landmark of Macau, the ruins of St. Paul’s church. But above all, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is the secret sauce that makes this place remarkable. Showers leaked a bit of water out onto the tiled flooring in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom could be stronger.

The location is close by to everything

I saw some ppl complain that there is no breakfast option. In my opinion it’s ease to go from the hotel up the street to the dead end and then turn left again and there will be HK style restaurant which is cheap and serves huge portion breakfasts with coffee and other dishes too. You can choose other restaurant if you want, most of them pk there

Location is great, very close to bus stops and can walk to many sites in historical area. Room is newly equipped and is very clean. Staff is helpful Central air conditioning maybe cold in winter
