There is nothing to be liked. Absolutely horrendous. The room was dirty and unkempt. Very mouldy and the mattress stained (mattress is not used). The bedsheet had a blood stain. I was stupid to follow a youtuber recommendation for this hotel, a massive mistake. I should have stayed for 4 nights but left after one night. I am still waiting for the hotel refund. Note: The reception staff was LOVELY, but the accommodation was absolutely disgusting. I'm very disappointed. Horrendous hotel!

The staff is very hospitable and they made earlier check-in for us. The room is needed to be renovated.

The location of the hotel is good and convenient to walk around It is not beachfront, but you are definitely few steps of it. It is hard to think about another thing that is good in this hotel. The standard went down significantly. It seems that they were like rebuilding the room before we got in and just stopped few seconds before. There were a lot of things broke on the wall of toilet, the roof of the room was kind of breaking and we were afraid tha fell on us while we were sleeping. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable and that was the only room left for the weekend. Maceio is a beautiful city, but Intercity hotel was just a nightmare.

nothing staff only speak Portuguese for travellers this hotel unfortunately is useless not to mention the worst 4* hotel experience I ever had! facilities bad, breakfast cheap with no much choice at all and unhelpful staff.

plenty of fruit for breakfast comfortable room great location beautiful reception area broken elevator and the staff didn't seem to really care the picture of the pool over looking the ocean is a scam lol

the staff were very friendly and helpful but nobody speaks English which is understandable. the location is close to everything. this hotel is not a 4 star hotel as reflected on booking.com, on google it rated as 3 star but in reality it's a 1 or 2 stars. the photos that you see here must have been when the hotel opened because the place has not been maintained. there was mould on the walls in the room, mould stench throughout the hotel, the walls of the room were dirty and parts had holes. when we arrived there were holes in both the bedding and towels and the towels had stains on them as well - the next day they were replaced and had no stains but were so used that they need replacement. the Air-conditioner is so loud and unable to put it on any other level but full blast. at breakfast, nobody cleans after themselves and tables were left a mess. I have never been this disappointed in a hotel ever. I was ready to book into another hotel - had I not paid for 4 nights already. there are other hotels in the area which has similar prices but are clean and is maintained. Flix-hotel and Ibis styles are close by and were cheaper than what we paid and were very nice.

When they checked me into a smelly room with missing lights they were able to swap out for a more functional one. the staff at reception tried to be friendly and helpful some of the time. They gave me dirty towels, each and every single time, it was ridiculous. They didn’t clean my room the whole 3 day stay despite me asking for this in reception and then confirming it would be done and it wasn’t. This resulted in me having to ask for toilet paper. Every time I asked for something within a certain time frame as I was only staying for a short time it ended up not being done, like my laundry that I had to chase for or the morning they made me late to a meeting due to not bringing towels in time and not having accessible WhatsApp so I had to call the head office to get this sorted. It definitely was not a 4 star experience and if I could get a refund I would demand one, it was not worth the money, the gym had very little equipment, including no yoga mats. When I told them I had very little time and needed a quick I answer they tried to multi task and serve other customers whilst serving me, this happened several times and was very frustrating, when you’re a traveller and trying to sort your next location quickly. Finally during check out they tried to charge me 10x as much for my laundry, which I am not kidding about, and when I asked them to check the price they came back with 10 x less, which is super dodgy.

The breakfasts were very very good and the restaurant staff very helpful and polite. The pool bar was quite ok, always with music playing. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in for the price, even though it had great potential to be better. Dreadful build quality, with paint peeling off AC ducts in the restaurant, allowing water to drip onto the floor (and my head). Same problem in the room, where the concrete across the top of the window was obviously suffering from damp, the white plaster peeling and bubbling off onto the floor. Plug sockets were hanging out 'see photo), paint missing from hastily repaired shower area. The furniture was positively drab, an obviously catastrophic attempt to represent some sort of wood veneer, but not in any colour I have see in wood. Dark and depressing, but a compliment to the non-operative bedside lights. The room was depressing and it just wasn't worth complaining, there were too many things wrong. There was no attempt to fix a blocked sink (see photo) after daily complaints. Rubbish build quality observed around the pool where strips of wood, presumably there to hold glass panes in place were quite obviously thrown up, all different lengths and not one vertical. It looked terribly amateurish. It's because there is no excuse for any of it that I would recommend this hotel is totally refurbished after extensive repairs are made, or I would say that it's conceivable that large pieces of it are going to start to fall off with the next five years.

location, just a stop due to late flight arrival most of everything

Spacious rooms, good breakfast! Laundry was over the top expensive! I paid 172 reais and had to wait too long to get my things back! Also they lost my favorite bikinis ? Only noticed it when I got to Lençois. Still sad about it.

The hospitality of all staffs. The Internet is very very very bad in the rooms. The hotel appears to be a brand new project, there are seepage in the rooms and rolls. We had to change our room because of it. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom, make a lot of noise. The construction right next to the hotel, also creates lot noise. The bathroom of mans next to the swimming pool has issues also. Foods in the dinner is un salty (tasteless). There is no much information about vegetarian options.
