We loved the service at the reception. They gave us good restaurants and tour guides suggestions at the reception. Also the breakfast was excellent. Nothings. All good!

I didn't like the lighting in the room. It made it impossible to put my makeup. The blow dryer was weak and made impossible to dry my hair. The bathroom had a sewer smell, and the sink was always getting clogged. Another disappointment is no iron available in the room, so we couldn't wear our clothes that need iron. Unless we paid the hotel service for the iron service, that is very inconvenient and not cost effective since the daily rate was very high already.

The breakfast was ok, the place also very handy near to the beach and clean, it has a parking space, so it was ok. The room is spacius, the staff very helpfull The shower was horrible, I had no water in the first morning, and the rest of the weekend the water pressure was too low. Aditionally the hotel is under renovation, so one of the swiming pool was closed.

The renovated rooms are big and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the staff is really professional, friendly and welcoming! :) Nothing - everything was perfect!
