Best location It’s a family hotel: not good for couples or single people. Too noisy. Too many children.

Location was perfect! We paid more money for a room with balcony. They put us on the 1st floor and the view was partly blocked. Very noisy since it was above the main entrance. Old hotel and you can tell.

The location is great! The room is a bit outdated! The toilet in our room was leaking and it took a while until someone fixed it! The swimming pool are is great but the pool is a bit dirty. The staff is great and breakfast has a good variety! Overall a nice hotel. The pool should be cleaner and the room is a bit old.

I don't like breakfast. The food seems repetitive, not many selections, and the main elevator, all ways have problems.

the room was clean a bit worn out though the pool was very small although looked big on the picture, we had half board unfortunately the food in the hotel was bad ,the hotel is old.

The rooms were a bit outdated. My first room the sink was clogged. Elevator has no air conditioning, and it is small for the amount of guests there. 4 for so many people

1. Moved from one room on the first floor to the 4th floor due to noise, even though previously requested another floor room. 2. The side of bed against the wall, room #408, made it difficult for two 75 years old couplevto get-to-from the bed. 3. Food room service, evenings or nights not worth trying, for our taste.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The food was amazing! Along with the cleanlinesses of the hotel. We liked the maid making towel animals for us every day. The location was very good for what we wanted. With better weather this could have been an exceptional holiday but it still exceeded our expectations! Well worth the visit & will be going back. The elevator broke down with us inside it! But we got rescued quickly so it wasn’t a problem. The pool & pool area could maybe be more bigger.

Very good location across the road from Ponta Verde beach. A light and airy building professionally run. The rooms are a good size It is certainly a tourist hotel and caters to that market. The breakfast buffet was good but could be like a crowded market
