Low quality of the bath towels It was looking dirty I asked for room service in the morning and I went at front desk the whole day I didn’t have room service so later on I had to catch a room cleaner at the end of the day. She said she couldn’t do it . But she found another cleaner who did a little bit cleaning . I would not stay at this hotel anymore

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with a great view of the beach. I dislike the fact that we have to wear a wristband during our stay—it feels a bit restrictive. Also, the breakfast could be improved.

The facilities. It was very expensive and the first room was a big let down.

It has a gym and a pool. They allowed us to leave our luggage the last day in the reception while we had lunch. Wifi works good Rooms were a bit noisy. You could hear people from other rooms

The location. Some staff could have been better prepared to handle tourists. We asked about restaurant suggestions and locations and staff weren’t able to recommend.
