MCZ Hotel

O café da manhã foi bom. Nos colocaram no quarto número 2 no andar térreo cuja única janela estava tampada com uma tentativa de isolamento acústico, ou seja, o quarto não tem janela. O hotel é barulhento e é possível ouvir hóspedes passando pelo corredor, em especial em um quarto próximo a recepção. Escolhemos o hotel pois tem estacionamento mas ao chegar às 01h30 da manhã o estacionamento estava trancado e o recepcionista disse que estava lotado (???). O banheiro só tem um vitro basculante de 20 cm.

Easy check in The room was not clean, especially the bathroom I found hair , towels very old.. There is only one sheet at the bed and a cover which means they do not change frequently the cover, No elevator, they should mention at the property!!!

Very well located, we had beach, pharmacy and a great ”all you can eat” Italian restaurant nearby. No need for a transports. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It’s a small place so it is expected to have some minor problems. With that said, I think what bothered me the most was the problem with the water, but not their fault. Some people knocked on my room 3 times to check if the water was okay after I complained about it and they quickly solved the problem. My mom didn’t like the quality of the towels, some looked too old and for me some also looked too stained/not washed properly. It might be just stains. Besides that it would be nice to know what to do with trash if we are not paying for cleaning. We didn’t, only stayed for two nights but the trashcan was too small. In this sense I suggest selling trash bags for a small fee and explain where to drop the trash.

The place is well located, easy to spot and has 24 hour staff. The ac blows very cold and the fridge keeps things cold. Free bathroom items like soap and extra tissue were already stocked so no need to ask. Another important thing, the shower has hot water and it actually gets hot. All the staff were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was good and the options changed from day to day. The fridge makes a subtle humming sound that puts you to sleep lol. At least in my room it did. We had a problem with our TV.. The remote never worked properly, it wasn't a big deal to me, but my friend asked to switch rooms. The receptionist was very helpful and it was getting late but he still gave us a new room.. Soon as we got ready to lay down, he informed us it was working properly again.. So we returned to the original room.. However, later that night.. The remote stopped working yet again.. I had to get up and unplug the TV from the wall because of this.. So I wasn't able to watch it the entire trip. The only other thing was the bed.. It stated it was a double bed, but this couldn't have been true.. The bed was enormous, it took up 90% of the room, it was hilarious to have to walk all the way to the corners of the room just to get to the bathroom or etc. Those are the only two negatives, which can easily be fixed by the property

I liked their location. They've got good restaurants and touristic places in the surroundings. They had issues with their water supply systems.
