Breakfast was good, they have lots of offers. The food was good and the service was very well. I arruved few hours before the check in, they did not let me get in in the room although I left my luggage in the hotel. I find really annoying not being able to get in the room, I did not believe they did not have a room available before the check in. for instance I did my check out at midnight, it means that the room I left was empty for the next day if any guest would need a early check in.

Conditiong air was not working properly when we arrived and the staff promply fixed it.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quick. The location a few minutes to the beach, promenade and restaurants excellent. Real life happens in the beach area of Ponte Verde .... 20 minutes walk The staff on the whole was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and safe. WiFi internet is a disaster, either not working or very slow. Hot water in the shower often only gave 10 minutes of running water ... what an ecological loss And the problem with the room key cards that are constantly not working is just annoying.
