Amazing staff that put a lot of effort on communicating with us despite the language barrier. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family needs. The beach in front of the hotel was perfect to spend the day with beach service and plenty of food options available. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food was ok, not impressed about it though and unfortunately we were not able to make it to the breakfast that was included in our reservation. The pool is is a little small and not too private since it is right in from of the street and the busy entree of the hotel. It would be good to count with a convenient store with some medicine for common needs like first aids, headaches, etc...

The room windows do not open, even slightly, which caused lack of air circulation for someone that does not use the AC much

Absolutely wonderful staff! Super friendly, helpful, available and polite. What a great welcome! The breakfast was by far one of the best I've ever experienced, super complete and every single dish was tasty and well prepared. Location was superb, super easy to walk around (except for the heat) but a 5 min drive away from thw Pajuçara Handmade Art Fair and great restaurants. 100% recommend. The room was slightly small, but that was about it.

Breakfast and the view, the hotel place was quiet and just a few meters from the beach. The hotel also has a pool on the ground floor with a constant breeze. Tour services to other beaches can be arranged at the hotel. Towels are provided. Although it's located at one end of Pajucara Beach, walking along the avenue is very enjoyable and offers many dining options. There's no need to take a taxi. Small shuttles run every half hour along the entire length of this beach. I can only object that the pool on the terrace could have a better view of the sea.

Breakfast was very good; Car parking is convenient and free; The location is excellent; I was accommodated in a room for three people, and I found it too small; Room was clean but had a too strong smell of air freshener; TV was not working properly, and did not have some channels available as per chart.

The view from our family room was amazing and the family suite was very spacious , it had two bathrooms and two rooms We booked “ Ciea de Natal “ dinner which was 230 reais per person and it was not worth at all , there was not much variety and the flavours were average , food looked stale.
