BEWARE. We had a horrible experience. BEWARE. The mandatory earliest check in time is 15:00 so we left our luggage there for a few hours and came back at 15:00. Our room still wasn’t clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. When we finally did get into our room the bed had unknown hairs all over it and smelled like someone’s perfume. My wife and I were inside the room for 2 hours when another family just opens our door and marches right in. WHY? Because the careless hotel staff booked them into our room and gave them a key. They must not keep a record of what rooms they have booked. We immediately packed our stuff and asked for a refund and cancelation. They even made the cancellation through booking.com difficult and tried to just reschedule the booking dates instead of actually canceling so that they would receive their money for a no show. Very dishonest place. Was charged 180$ USD for 1 night on January 10th 2026.

The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay even better. The receptionists were super helpful. The kitchen team that did the breakfasts were so happy and we enjoyed there conversations. Our room was cleaned and looked after by the amazing Sandra. She was adorable and every day we had a surprise towel arrangement on our bed. As the venue was so friendly we thought that a small bar downstairs would have been lovely to return to each evening. Breakfasts were very busy but our wonderful kitchen team always found us a table. A big group of students came on the last 2 days and most of the residents thought it probably would be better in the future if they were all accommodated in the seminar room for breakfast. They would all have been together and the main area would have been calmer.

Breakfast was superb, asked for fried eggs, and receive them . The house cleaning is superb. My view was superb, straight out to the ocean. Pity it's away from the city, for a tourist to wonder around at night.

Good location only 30 minutes from Maceio Airport by the beach with an awesome sea view. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in Maceio. I highly recommend it without a doubt.
